1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using CryptoLarz, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The service

CryptoLarz is an online marketplace for digital products and gift cards. Buyers and sellers transact directly; CryptoLarz provides escrow and payment tooling to facilitate safe trades.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Payments, gift cards & payouts

Balances, CryptoLarz gift codes, and crypto payouts are provided as described in the app. Completed transactions and redeemed codes are final. Fees, where applicable, are shown before you confirm.

5. Escrow & disputes

Marketplace purchases are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. In a dispute, both parties should provide evidence; CryptoLarz may mediate to reach a fair resolution.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use CryptoLarz for illegal goods, fraud, money laundering, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
